Rare Early 19th c. 18K Natural Pearl and Enamel Necklace
This exquisite necklace features an 18K yellow gold, natural pearl and enamel pendant. The pendant has fine hand worked wire filigree and is entwined on wire by tiny natural seed pearls with the outer edge ornamented with 1.5mm - 2mm natural pearls. The center features a cobalt blue enamel circle with white and green enamel beads bordered by yellow gold. The pendant measures 1 3/4" long x 1 1/4" wide. The 20" chain is made of fine 18K yellow gold wire links alternating with 2mm (84) natural pearls. Circa 1825.
