Which methods of payment do you accept?: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express & PayPal. You do not need to sign up for a PayPal account if you are paying by credit card. For in-store purchases we also accept cash and check.
Do you charge sales tax?: Orders shipped to North Carolina addresses pay 7.75% state sales tax on order total plus shipping, calculated at checkout.
How much is shipping?: Shipping is FREE to anywhere in the United States, and $15 for items sent Internationally.
What shipping methods do you use?: Orders containing only Rhinestone Byrd items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Insurance and Delivery Confirmation.

Orders containing Monte Cristo's items are shipped via USPS Registered Mail, with Insurance.
When will I receive my item?: Orders generally ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Delivery time is 2-3 business days to addresses throughout the US, and 5-10 business days to international addresses.
What is your return policy?: Items returned within 5 days of purchase receive a refund minus shipping. Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.
