14K Australian Crystal Opal Cufflinks

This gorgeous pair of estate 14K cufflinks feature freeform natural Australian semi black crystal opals. The opals are bezel set cufflinks with toggle backs. The opals display strong play of color with broad flashes of green and violet blue. These cufflinks are unusual and rare, making a great gift for that man of style, especially if he has an October birthday! Because of the freeform nature and uniqueness of the opal gemstone, the stones and cufflinks are not symmetrical, or an exact match.
The opals measure approximately 24mm long x 11.7mm wide, and 22.8mm x 12mm. The cufflinks weigh 10.8 grams.
Very good condition. The point of one of the opals has some abrasion. There are visible seams on one of the cufflinks where the backing was soldered on.
