This vintage 14K yellow gold garnet and diamond ring has sleek modern lines with a feminine pierced work gallery adding visual interest. The ring is bar set with an emerald cut garnet and accented by two small round diamonds channel set on each side. The garnet measures approximately 6mm x 4mm x 2.2mm.
