1950s Triple Strand Pearl Necklace

This exquisite estate necklace is strung with two strands of 7mm-7.5mm cultured pearls and a center strand of 8mm-8.5mm cultured pearls with a magnificent platinum and diamond clasp. The pearls have a cream body color with slight rose overtones and high luster. The clasp is the most beautiful I've ever seen on a pearl necklace. It is set with a 3/4 carat marquise cut diamond and round brilliants for a total weight of over 2 1/2 carats. Inside strand measures 15" with an outer drape of 16". Circa 1950.
