Antique 14K Filigree Cameo Brooch Pendant

This antique hand carved cameo features the bust of a beautiful classical woman with flowers in her hair and a rare Old Mine cut diamond necklace gracing her neck. Set in 14K white gold with filigree edging. Secured by a locking C clasp with a fold over pendant bale. Diamond wearing cameos date to the 1910s - 1920s.
Measures 2" x 1 5/8".
Good condition. No cracks. Rough areas on the back of the shell.
