This stunning ring is set with a natural star sapphire of light blue color. The large sapphire measures 16.8mm x 14.2mm x 8mm for a calculated weight of 19.85 carats. The sapphire displays a strong six rayed star. It is set in 18K yellow gold and surrounded by twenty high quality round brilliant diamonds having a total weight of one carat. The diamonds are held by 18K white gold prongs and under gallery. The shoulders of the ring are hand engraved. This is a truly special find and an heirloom quality ring!
