Israeli Mid Century Modernist 18K Gold Blue Sapphire Diamond Brooch

A rare find, is this amazing vintage mid century modernist abstract designed Israeli brooch. The 18K yellow gold has a textured finish, and the brooch is composed of geometric boomerang shapes intersecting in a random fashion. Prong set with four round natural blue sapphires, and four round brilliant diamonds. The diamond total weight is .20 carat, and the sapphire total weight is .40 carat. Stamped 18K, with the Israeli Lyre 750 mark, and the makers mark, NOCA. This is a fabulous piece of modernist jewelry!
