Navajo Sterling Silver Turquoise Coral Squash Blossom Necklace
One of the most beautiful and stunning Native American Squash Blossom necklaces Ive ever seen. The Navajo sterling silver necklace features a breathtaking ornately detailed Naja centerpiece set with red coral cabochons and azure blue turquoise nuggets (possibly from the Kingman mine). The ten squash blossom flute links repeat the Naja design elements. Strung on a double strand of 8mm hand made sterling silver beads and finished with tapered cone beads, and eye hook clasp. The cone beads are stamped sterling with a pictograph fern frond makers mark. Unknown maker. The necklace measures 21. The Naja measures 3 x 2.5. Very good condition. Circa late 1960s - early 1970s
