Retro 14K Natural Blue Zircon Flower Spray Brooch - Vintage 1940s

From the 1940s Retro era comes this lovely 14K yellow and rose gold flower spray brooch. The brooch is bezel set with a natural blue zircon weighing approximately 2 carats. A spray of eight graduated round diamonds set in platinum topped gold. The total diamond weight is approximately .15 carat. This is a beautiful piece of jewelry, an ideal gift for the December birthday lady, or a something old, something blue for the bride. A wonderful heirloom of yesterday ready to become an heirloom of tomorrow!
The brooch measures 1 11/16 x 1 at its widest. The pin weighs 5.0 grams.
Very good condition. The blue zircon has some minor facet junction abrasion, as is typical of zircon. This is only visible under magnification.
