This beautiful vintage brooch from the Arts & Crafts era of the last century, is a sterling silver circle of delicate leaves set with four oval cabochon amethysts. The amethysts have a rich, royal purple color. A special gift for the lover of antique jewelry. Amethyst is the birthstone for February and the traditional gift for the 33rd wedding anniversary. Secured by an antique C clasp. The brooch measures 1 3/8 in diameter. The amethysts measure 6mm x 4mm. Very good condition. Circa 1910s.
