Victorian 18K Carnelian Cameo Ring

This large cameo ring is exceptionally well made. The carnelian is translucent making the detail of the Roman man glow. He wears a laurel wreath in his hair, symbolic of victory. The ring is approximately 1" in length by 3/4" in width. Size 6 1/2. Circa 1880.
