Vintage 14K Large Cameo Brooch Pendant

This beautiful hand carved shell cameo brooch features the profile of a beautiful lady carved in the classical style. Set in a 14K gold frame the cameo may be worn as a brooch or pendant with its fold over bail. Large enough to make a stunning vintage vintage statement.
The high polished 14K frame with rope accent is in very good condition. The cameo shows no signs of cracks or crazing, but does show significant layers of the original shell surface on the back.
The brooch measures just over 2" x 1 5/8", and weighs 11.2 grams.
